Come on, you can do it; really think back.
“You Oughta Know” what was going on, you were there!
Okay, is this harder than you thought?
Well, “You Are Not Alone.” Take
a deep breath, “Exhale (Shoop Shoop)” and “Don’t Take It Personal
(it’s Just One of Dem Days),” we’ll refresh your memory.
In 1995, the San
Francisco 49ers beat the San Diego Chargers 49-26 in Super Bowl XXIX.
The Atlanta Braves beat the Cleveland Indians 4-2 in the 1995 World
Series. “Forrest Gump” won the
Oscar for Best Picture at the 67th Annual Academy Awards.
It was a very “Boombastic” year.
Some might even say it was “Crazy Cool.”
Does any of this ring a bell? How
about May 24, 1995- that was definitely “One Sweet Day,” as we all walked
across the stage to get our diploma- “Take a Bow,” WE GRADUATED!!
“Get Ready for
This!” It’s time for our 10
Year Reunion! It is “Human
Nature” for you to be feeling old right now, but don’t worry, “I’ll Be
There For You.” Let’s not wait
until the “Water Runs Dry,” let’s get together with our old friends for
one unforgettable weekend!
Friday Aug 12th
- All right, “This Is How We Do It.” Grab
your favorite Hawaiian Print shirt and flip-flops because the fun begins with a
casual luau on Friday August 12th at the Omni Tucson National!
It’s practically a “Gangsta’s Paradise!”
Appetizers and a No-Host Bar will be provided, so “Creep” on over and
say aloha!
Saturday
August 13th
- Get
ready to shake your groove thang at the main event- the Reunion Celebration!
“What Would You Say” if we told you it will be a “Keep Their Heads
Ringin” type of evening? Enjoy dinner, dancing and reminiscing with old friends!
We
hope to see you all there, to talk about “The Sweetest Days” and maybe even
do the “Tootsie Roll” and the “Cotton Eye Joe!”
